WHO IS ALFALFA? Alfalfa is Brussel's granddaughter and Bean's daughter who helps out at the Sprout Diner. Once Brussel cooks a character's requested meal, he places it in a "To Go" bag, Alfalfa grabs it and delivers it to the character on her bike. She also hosts the "Tine to Create" segments where she visits a real-life family’s house and watches them cook a Diner recipe.

WHY DOES SPROUT DINER NEED ALFALFA? Sprout Diner needs Alfalfa to show a family chain - the daughter of a daughter. They also need her because someone should deliver the food to the characters who phone in.
