Sesame Street

Madeline Fretz - Sesame Street is the longest-running kids show in America, airing on PBS since November 10th, 1969, HBO since January 16th, 2016, and the HBO Max streaming service since May 27th, 2020. The series consists of live-action films, cartoon inserts, sketches, and parables featuring Jim Henson's Muppets, such as Elmo, Big Bird, Cookie Monster, Ernie and Bert, Grover, Oscar the Grouch, and Count Von Count, interacting with humans, such as Bob, Gordon, Susan, Luis, Maria, Gina, and Alan. The show aired on Sprout from September 26, 2005 to 2015, as Sesame Workshop was one of the channel's founders.

Sprout described the series as:

For more than 35 years Sesame Street has engaged young viewers with its unique blend of excitement, humor, and compassion. Within a community of playful and curious Muppets and nurturing adults, children acquire skills needed to thrive in a changing, challenging environment.

The Sunny Side Up Show often had appearances by a few of the show's characters, including Big Bird in a special preview in 2007.

The show also had a Sprout Diner recipe, Elmo's Funny Faced Pizza Pies. I could only find the Time to Create segment:

Elmo even hosted a "Movie Merry Thon" in 2010 and 2011, consisting of preschool show Christmas specials like "Barney's Christmas Star, "Bob The Builder: Snowed Under, "Elmo's World: Happy Holidays," and "Caillou's Holiday Movie"
The show left Sprout a few months after the channel's rebrand.
