When Sprout on Demand launched in April 2005, the service, which was originally on Comcast on Demand, also had Spanish programming as well as English ones. It had Spanish-language episodes of shows, which included:
- Bob the Builder
- Barney & Friends
- The Berenstain Bears
- Angelina Ballerina
- Dive Olly Dive
- Plaza Sesamo (the Spanish-language adaptation of Sesame Street)
Spanish shows also aired on NBC as part of Telemundo, which was programmed by Sprout alongside NBC Kids.
