WHO IS BRUSSEL? Brussel Sprout is the owner and head chef of the Sprout Diner. After his daughter Bean calls a Sprout friend who requests a meal, Brussel comes up with the idea for and cooks the recipe, which he hands to his granddaughter Alfalfa in a To-Go bag. Brussel and Bean also appeared at the beginning of the "Time to Create" segments from the first season.

WHY DOES SPROUT DINER NEED BRUSSEL? Sprout Diner needs Brussel because they need someone to cook the recipe and come up with the ideas. That way, someone will have something to eat! They also need him to show a family chain - the father of a mother (Bean) of her daughter (Alfalfa).
