The cartoons made from viewers' drawings on the Sprout Sharing Show were animated by a company called The Little Director Company, who also did the "Sproutlet Thanksgiving Shorts" on The Sunny Side Up Show in 2007.
All five videos I posted above are from a YouTube channel that has other Little Director content. Judging by those videos, you could also see your drawings become animated stories on LDC's website.
