WHO IS OTIS? Otis Owl is Curtis E. Owl's younger brother who made occasional appearances on the Sprout Sharing Show. Otis also appeared for Chica's Pirate Party on The Sunny Side Up Show in 2012.
WHY DOES THE SPROUT SHARING SHOW NEED OTIS? Along with Sharon Pig and Reginald Rabbit (also Harding), The Sprout Sharing Show needs Otis to encourage family bonding and participation.
